Staying at Hilton Miami Downtown was convenient for my transit, as it is located only 2 km from Bayfront Park and 15 km from Miami International. The contemporary and stylish rooms with large windows offering spectacular views of Biscayne Bay were impressive.

The customer service experience fell short, with an unhelpful and rude staff member at the service desk causing frustration and inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and helpfulness left a sour taste and overshadowed the otherwise pleasant accommodations.

The stay was absolutely truly memorable. The hotel was stunningly beautiful and nice and I really enjoyed the streets of Miami. The location was marvellous and beautiful - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. I was surprised at nearby Bistro Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. The room was absolutely perfect and with excellent view, clean towels.

The location was marvellous and easy, next door to Books & Books. And we were not far from Wyndwood art district, Miami bay and the American Airlines Arena.

Thank you, so we would return there. Well-appointed and silent room equipped with essentials you need for celebrating birthday. The beach restaurant is pretty good place to hang out.

Views are bad.

The views of Biscayne Bay from my room were absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop for my stay. However, the experience was unfortunately marred by the dirty windows, which detracted from the otherwise breathtaking city view. Nonetheless, the 24-hour gym's thoughtful amenities, such as the filtered water dispenser and disposable headphones, were a welcome touch that added convenience to my workout.

The parking situation at the hotel was quite inconvenient, and I was not informed about the valet charges or the possibility of self-parking upon arrival.

Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Everything was great, with really kind staff, met requirements.

Had a very relaxing time. Excellent service from the pleasant and amazingly nice staff that we interacted with.

The place is wonderful, the staff are very good.

It is in marvellous and stunning location to American Airlines Arena, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel. It includes great restaurant which had good service as well.

stayed at hilton before departing for a cruise, excellent location with port being a 15 dollar taxi ride away, turned drinks bar into a starbucks in the morning, valet guys are nice, porters at the lower ground floor are very friendly. the hotel was in a great location, around 8 minutes from the port perfect for my stay. the room was spacious, modern, and the bed was very comfy.😊 staff was very helpful and the room was great value for money.

Nothing everything was great

Stayed in this property for 2 nights and enjoyed our choice. The staff was consistently courteous and pleasant, the accommodation was safe and fairly clean. Great and decent location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. We dined at a fabulous nearby restaurant with Greek dishes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. The room was large, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town and close to everything. We were thrilled to be right on the harbor, which is where everyone wants to be. The hotel facilities were great, with a mini fridge and coffeemaker in the room. The free shuttle stop was just a block away, making transportation convenient. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

All was perfect.

The room was stylish with walk in shower and we loved the stay. Complementary and savoury breakfast with a nice view was a nice touch.

Plus, the location is great, minutes from a class science museum.

The room of place was great value for money and brand-new with a nice view.
